This notice explains how Zear Labs LLC handles information when you visit zearlabs.com or email us directly. Separate notices cover our apps.

Website visits

This website does not use advertising trackers, visitor analytics, accounts, contact forms, or cookies set by Zear Labs. It is delivered through Cloudflare, which necessarily processes technical request information—such as IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, and request time—to deliver, secure, and diagnose the service.

Email and support

If you email us, we receive the address you use, your message, and any files you choose to attach. We use that information to answer your request, provide support, improve our products, protect our services, and meet legal obligations. Email sent to our domain is routed through Cloudflare and delivered to our email provider.

Retention and sharing

We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioral advertising. Service providers may process information on our behalf to host the site, route email, prevent abuse, and operate our inbox.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information from a direct email conversation, subject to legal and security requirements. Email hello@zearlabs.com with the subject “Privacy request.”

Children and changes

The website is not directed to children. We may update this notice as our services change and will publish the new effective date on this page.
