When reporting a problem, include:
- The app name and version, if available.
- Your macOS version and Mac model.
- The steps that led to the problem and what you expected to happen.
- A screenshot or screen recording when it does not expose private content.
For transcription issues, include the media format, approximate duration, and where the process stopped. Please do not attach confidential recordings unless we specifically ask for them and explain how they will be handled.
